Universe '24: Open source and accessibility

I'm excited to be participating at the GitHub Universe conference for the second year in a row. Last year I spoke about AI and Accessibility. Our group's keynote is viewable on YouTube.
This year, we will have an esteemed panel discussing Open Source and Accessibility: Empowering people with disabilities globally.

My distinguished co-panelists are:

1. Ed Summers, who has done an amazing job heading up accessibility for GitHub will be our fearless leader, moderating the conversation.
2. Christine Mendoza from Carnegie Mellon University and Founder of Luminary, an open source API to help Universities and Organizations to to crowdsource data on accessible routes and potential obstacles.
3. Joshua Miele is a Principal Accessibility Researcher at Amazon Labs, and a 2021 Macarthur Fellow for his extensive work developing devices for people who are blind and visually impaired (BVI).

If you're coming out to Universe, drop me a line!
